An access-controlled intelligence platform for research and due-diligence work, designed, built and deployed by me alone. Vetted users get project workspaces and company-alumni search; Claude, GPT and Gemini sit behind one analysis interface so a model can be swapped without touching the product. It runs in production on a VPS I provision and maintain myself.

  • Role-based access control with request-only registration — admin review, role assignment and a forced password change enforced in middleware.
  • Three LLM providers behind a single abstraction, rather than a hard dependency on any one vendor's API.
  • Deployed and operated end to end: Nginx, automated certificate renewal, and the database migrations to go with it.

How I decide
what “done” means

Reliable software isn’t defined by clever code. It’s defined by systems that still work long after deployment.
Reliability Retries, backoff and idempotent writes. Re-running yesterday is always safe.
Maintainability Mappings and rules in config, not scattered through the code that reads them.
Observability A run that fails loudly, naming the reason, beats one that fails quietly.
Error handling Unexpected input is logged for review, never dropped silently.
Testing The edge case that broke it once becomes the case that guards it.
Documentation A handover that means the client is never hostage to me.
